Docs Engineering Works Limited started in 1985 as a simple fabricating company in Phoenix Park, Central Trinidad. Our specialty at that time was mainly wrought iron products, burglar proofing and an array of domestic products made by using steel from the downstream industries at Pt. Lisas. Quickly the demand for Doc's Engineering's expertise outstripped our humble office and the company moved to its present location at Phoenix Park, West Road, Pt. Lisas in 1989. During this period word had already spread that the name "Doc's Engineering" is synonymous with quality.

The Company then, in order to improve the quality of the finished products, ventured into Powder Coating as a finish for it's wire products. Using in-house expertise, a Powder Coating facility was designed, built and commissioned at our Point Lisas location,...a living testimony to the acquired skills of the workers at Doc's Engineering Works, Ltd. Since that, the company has grown by leaps and bounds to what it is today. Doc's Engineering Works now produces a wide variety of products from wire products such as point of purchase display units to homes and prefabricated concrete building supplies along with all sorts of transport, equipment rentals and construction services.
